Watching Sports

Basketball

Well I, myself, haven't really been up to date in the watching the NBA. I used to watch it with my family when the Lakers won 2 championship in a row. Those 2 years, for basketball at least, were the most I have ever watched basketball. Even though I was young, I watched a some bit of basketball. I would alwats watch the championship game. I remeber as a kid that the Laker were facing the Mavricks and we were eating at a Korean BBQ place. That stood out to me because I think the Laker were losing but they manage to beat the Mavricks at the end!

Baseball

This was my go to sport as a kid. I played it becuase I guess my mom kinda force us to do something. I played throughout my whole elementary year beside 6th grade. At first, I thought baseball was boring on TV and in the real world. I would always play with the grass/dirt on outfield or infield. But it wasn't till i accidentially caught a ball with my glove then tagging 2 peopel out so we could bat. That got my blood pumping and from that point on I love baseball. So I guess I have to thank my mom.

Exercise

Exercise is one of the key concepts of sports. It doesn't matter what kind to sterching to weightlifting. Exercise helps you build your body, helps shape what you want to look like. But if you don't fix your diet, it wont matter what you do to fix your body because those calories you burnt will come back when you eat.
